Seems to be between 6.000 and 8.000 copies with cardboard sleeve, unknown amount of Digi-Packs. The CD was first given away free to all subscribers of the Wire magazine (UK) with issue 222 (August 2002). Cardboard sleeve. One month later released as Digi-Pack with booklet.
